Funeral services will be at 2 PM Friday, June 26, 2015, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Brother Tom Henry and Brother Jimmy Gray will officiate. Burial, with full military honors, will follow in Willow Mount Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors 4-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
He was born January 16, 1927, in Bedford County, to the late Jim and Annie Harris Robertson. He was retired warehouse manager for Bedford Co-Op and an army veteran of World War II, serving in Germany.
Preceding him in death was his wife, Helen in 2014, and a brother, Alfred Robertson, and sister, Dovie Robertson.
Survivors include two sons, Danny (Beverly) Robertson, and Donnie (Debbie) Robertson, all of Shelbyville; two grandchildren, Dana (Keith) Curtis and Andrew (Jessica) Robertson; three great-grandchildren, Gracie Curtis, Bucker Curtis, and Kade Hasty; a brother, George (Joan) Robertson, of Winchester, and a sister, Frances Paul, of Shelbyville.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church Building Fund.
