Lillie's exact date and place of birth are not known. She was born on October 15, either 1885 or 1886, in Minnesota. At the time, her parents, Nathan Tower Aldridge and Mary Walter, were living on a farm in Carver County, near the town of Chanhassen. Lillie married William Pearson on September 6, 1906, in Los Angeles, Calif. They had one son, Robert William Pearson, and two daughters -- Lillian Mae Reese (nee: Pearson) and Vivian Ramona Stiers (nee: Pearson). Lillie died on April 29, 1931, in Los Angeles, and was buried on May 2, 1931. To find her grave, park at the corner of Memory Lane and Valley Way. Vesperland Section will be directly behind you. You will face Vale of Memory Section. The first grave on that corner, in Vale of Memory, will be that of William Herzog. Walk up the hill 24 rows of graves to the grave of Annie Gale. Then walk left (slightly downhill) for 22 rows to her grave, marked "Lillie M. Pearson, 1885-1931.".
