Mrs. Frank Moore
Mrs. Laura Mae Egan Moore, 49, wife of Frank Moore of Farrandsville, and a resident of that community most of her life, died at 8 a.m. Wednesday, October 15, 1952, at the Lock haven Hospital where she was admitted October 10. Her death was due to diabetes complicated by a heart condition.
Mrs. Moore was the daughter of the late William and Mrs. Carrie Egan, and was born in Mill Hall. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church, and the American War Mothers.
In addition to her husband and mother, she was survived by the following children: Mrs. Thomas Hibbler and Mrs. Donald Crawford, both of Farrandsville, and Truman Moore, Mill Hall; also eight grandchildren.
Mrs. Frank Toner, Albert Egan, Mrs. Virginia Dershem, Mrs. Harold Myers, Harris, Henry and Frank Regan of Farrandsville; Mrs Harry Fry of Muncy, and Pete Wagner of Newberry, were sisters and brothers.
Funeral services were held at Her home with the Reverend Floyd Duespohl off Petrolla officiating.
Interment was in Dunnstown Cemetery.
Helt Funeral Home, Lock Haven, directed the funeral.
