DAVID LIVINGSTON BAILEY of Terrell passed away on November 17, 2008 in Rowlett, Texas. He was born on December 13, 1935 to the late LeLand Charles and Ida Pearl Neff in Waterloo, Iowa.
David was a longtime employee of Titus Manufacturing, he moved from Waterloo to Terrell with Titus in 1969. He later opened Towsley and Bailey Inc. in Terrell. David was preceded in death by his wife, Jan Stock Bailey; sister, Mavis Lemon and daughter, DeLoy Marie Bailey.
He is survived by his son, Steve Bailey of Terrell; daughters, Beverly Dunn and husband Jimmy of Terrell and JoAnn Inglis and husband Chris of Rockwall; grandchildren, Michael, Chad and Laura Dunn, Hilery and Megan Inglis and Sky Bailey; great-grandchildren, Connor Dunn and Ethan Wayne Powell; brother, Phillip Bailey and wife Barbara of Waterloo, IA; sister, Carolee Cutsforth and husband Chuck of Waterloo, IA, Annette Moore of Mt. Vernon, MO, Janine Benjamin and husband Neil of Waterloo, IA; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 20, 2008 at Anderson-Clayton Bros. Chapel with Rev. John Lowrie officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at Anderson-Clayton Bros. Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, 7616 L.B.J.
