He was 78 years old. Mr. Voit was born in Russia, but resided in Syracuse more than 60 years. He was associated with his son in the furniture business. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Toby Voit, a son, Myer Voit; two daughters, Mrs. Fannie Altman of Syracuse and Mrs. Mary Benjamin of Erie, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Sarah Pascel, and two brothers, Charles and Selig Voit, all of New York; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services were conducted at the home of his son, Circle rd., with Rabbi Joseph Zambroski officiating. Burial was in Jamesville Gate cemetery.
