Robert W. Ayersman
VISTA - Robert W. Ayersman, a division manager for Bechtel Corp. in Norwalk for 40 years, died Dec. 19 at a local hospital. He was 74.
Mr. Ayersman was born in Colorado and had lived in Vista for nine years. He had lived in California for 30 years. Mr. Ayersman retired nine years ago.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Viola; sons Raymond E. Ayersman of Richfield Park, Ariz. and Richard N. Ayersman of Springerville, Ariz.; brothers Wilbur Ayersman of San Diego, Harold Ayersman of Texas and Dick Ayersman of Las Vegas, Nev.; three sisters in San Diego; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Private graveside services will be held in Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery. The Rev. of the United Methodist Church in Vista will officiate.
Allen Brothers Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
