Kenneth Patrick Barnes

FALLBROOK - Kenneth Patrick "K.P." Barnes, an auto mechanic for two years, died Sept. 21 in Fallbrook. He was 21.
He was born in W. Frankfurt, Germany, and had lived in Fallbrook for 12 years. He attended Fallbrook schools and graduated from Fallbrook High School in 1982. He graduated from U.T.I. in Arizona earlier this year.
Survivors include his mother, Margaret I. Barnes of Fallbrook; father Charles E. Barnes of Augusta, Ga.; brothers Timothy S., Tom E., Christopher J., Michael J. Barnes, all of Fallbrook, and Stephen P. Barnes of Torrance; sister Kerri C. Barnes of Fallbrook; and paternal grandmother, Leila Belle Barnes of Montgomery, Ala.
Mass was scheduled to be said at 11 a.m. today at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Fallbrook. Burial was to follow in Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery.
Berry-Bell and Hall Fallbrook Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
