Mrs. Grace Irene (Hough) Kinney, 70, of 911 First Avenue, died Friday evening at the home of a daughter, Mrs. D. W. Gallagher of 10 Lainson Ave. She had been ill a short time. Born at Crescent, she was a lifelong resident of the Crescent-Council Bluffs area.

She was the widow of the late James. H. Kinney who died in 1942. She was a past member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of Crescent.

Survivors include: five daughters, Mrs. Gallagher, Mrs. Barbara Tomanio and Mrs. Bonnie Belt, all of Council Bluffs, Mrs. Margaret Edenburn of Portland, Ore. and Mrs. Wanda West of Honey Creek; four sons, Wayne of Underwood, James of Council Bluffs, Charles of Crescent and Mack of Los Angeles, Calif.; five sisters, Mrs. Nelle McCaull, Mrs. Marie Rickert and Mrs Vera Luce all of Council Bluffs, Mrs. Hazel Adams of Malden, Mass., Mrs. Gladys Ranney of Missouri Valley; two brothers, Warren and Ward Hough of Council Bluffs, 28 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday 10:30 a.m. at the Meyer Chapel. Charles Putnam, elder of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints will officiate. Burial will be at the Crescent Cemetery.
