Services for Marshall L. Hufford, 81, Indianapolis, were Friday, December 21 in Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg. Rev. Steve Reeves officiated, with burial in Sparks Cemetery, Pittsboro.
The son of Edwin and Effie Cummings Hufford, he was born May 23, 1909 in Hendricks County, Jan. 6, 1934 he married Alma Heath, who preceded him in death in November this year.
Mr. Hufford, who died Monday, Dec. 17 at his home, had been a metallurgist 27 years for Union Carbide Inc. Kokomo, retiring in 1974.
Surviving are sons; Jerod Hufford, Denver, Co. and Gene Hufford, Washington D.C.; daughter, Marsha O'Malley, Ky; brothers; Walter and Charles Hufford, both of Brownsburg; sister, Louise Vidito, Brownsburg; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
