Ann Marie Haygood

Ann Marie Haygood, 64, of Oxford, IN., died at her residence Saturday June 27, 2015. Ann was born in Hoopeston, IL January 6, 1951, the daughter of the late Earl and Marie Saylor Hensley and was a 1969 graduate of Benton Central High School. She married Gerald Lee Haygood in Lafayette September 25, 1993 and he preceded her in death April 23, 2014. Ann attended Oxford Church of Christ, and was a former member of the Oak Grove Home Ec Club and a former Girl Scout leader. She was employed for many years as a child care provider at Bethel Christian Life Center in West Lafayette, and previously was a cook the Oxford Health Care Center and later Otterbein Health Care Center. Surviving is a son, L. Kent Fellure of Alamogordo, NM; two sisters, Jane Oshier (Stan) of Lafayette, Margaret Burton (Walt) of Chicago, IL; two brothers, Tom Hensley of Tucson, AZ, Bill Hensley (Mary Lee) of Indianapolis, IN; and by two grandsons, Lucas and Issaac Fellure. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa Fellure. Friends may call at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, Oxford, one hour prior to the service at 11:30 AM Thursday, Larry McMillan officiating, with interment to follow at Oxford West Cemetery.
