She was born Jan. 21, 1902, in Lincoln City, Ind., a daughter of George A. and Merab McDaniel Kallbreier.
She married Glen Kauth on Aug. 23, 1927, in Bloomington. He died May 19, 1976.
Two brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.
Mrs. Kauth was a clerk at Harms Home Furnishings and Steve's Cafe, both in Chenoa, and Cottage Hotel in Lexington.
She was a member of Chenoa United Methodist Church; Chenoa Woman's Club; Tau Delta Bridge Club; and the Thursday Night Bridge Club.
