Obit. Huntsville Times - 11/24/1958 Funeral services for Clifford Thomas Phillips, 50, 2914 Eight Ave, SW, will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Lincoln Memorial Baptist Church, with J. Otis King officiating. Burial will follow in State Line Cemetery. Mr. Phillips died in his sleep Sunday Morning. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Nels Johnson; two sons, Jack Phillips, Corpus Christi, Tx. and Billy Phillips of Huntsville, Al; his mother, Mrs Addie Phillips, Flintville, Tn.; four sisters, Mrs. Robert Rogers, Mrs A.B. Petty, Mrs. Russell Nale and Mrs Gene Taylor; and two brothers, W.T. Phillips and Colin Phillips. Pallbearers will be Guy Faulk, C.V. Steger, Cecil Lightsinger, Wade Lincoln, Cecil Hyatt and Allen Lynn. Laughlin Service will be in charge of funeral arrangements.
