THOMAS REED SUNDERLIN, 77, of 1444 Water St., Indiana, died Monday, July 2, 1990, in the Indiana Hospital.

A son of James and Sara Bennett Sunderlin, he was born April 18, 1913, in Mahaffey.

Mr. Sunderlin had lived most of his life in Indiana County.

Surviving are his wife, Gertrude Bracken Sunderlin; a son, Thomas R., York; three daughters: Mrs. Richard (Bonnie) Lightcap, Atlanta, Ga.; Sally, Indiana; Mrs. James (Babs) Gerard, Home; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; a brother, Carl, Linden, N.J.; a sister, Mrs. Ralph (Agnes) Doty, Rochester Mills.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson; a brother, Clair; a sister, Mrs. Catherine Curry.

Private funeral services were held this morning (Thursday) at Robinson-Lytle's, Indiana, with Rev. James Curry officiating. Interment was in Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana.
