A Home Going Celebration will be held for Cheryl Abraham 40 at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 7, 2012 at Fletcher Funeral Home Chapel, New Iberia, LA with Rev. Darren Sophus officiating. She will await the resurrection at St. Paul Cemetery, New Iberia, LA.
A gathering of family and friends with be on Friday at the funeral home 8 a.m. until time of service.
She leaves to cherish her memory and in God’s care three sons, LaDarreion Hines (Kera Washington), Rallen Abraham and Curleyreus Abraham all of New Iberia, LA; one daughter, Curleyneia Abraham of New Iberia, LA; three brothers, Aaron Abraham, Jr., Shawn Abraham and Evander Abraham all of New Iberia, LA; four sisters, Tonya Patterson of Lafayette, LA, Tammy Deal of Houston, TX, Shalonda Batiste and Lakika Batiste both of New Iberia, LA; two grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She now joins in glory with her mother, Ida Mae Abraham; one sister Cassandra D. Abraham; her father, Celement Brown, Sr., and her son, Curleydreus Abraham.
