Mr. Hoyt Duncan Cohran, Jr., age 74, of Fleming Rd., Luthersville, GA, formerly of Young Harris, GA, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at Piedmont Healthcare in Fayetteville, GA. He was born January 27, 1941, in Hiram, GA to the late Hoyt Duncan and Mamie (Hunt) Cohran, Sr. Hoyt was a loving husband and father. He loved hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by sisters, Ruby Cowart, Helen Morton and Louise Tatum, brothers, Doyle and James Cohran, son, John Paul, daughter, Pamela Cohran. Hoyt was a member of Luthersville Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 3, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Many Forks Baptist Church Cemetery.
