Mrs. Louise Houston Farris, 77, RR 2, Auburn, died at 12:01 a.m. Sunday at St. John's Hospital.
She was born in Springfield, the daughter of Samuel and Louella Horn Houston.
She was an avid antique collector and a member of the First Christian Church.
Surviving are her husband, Joseph Farris II of Auburn; three sons, Joseph III, Kenneth, and Robert, all of Springfield; daughter, Mrs. Jackson D. (Mary Ellen) Glisson of Jacksonville; brother, Harold Houston; sisters, Mrs. Louis Pilcher, both of Springfield; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Boardman-Smith Funeral Home, Rev. Nelson Scott officiating.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
