Odessa Frame Armstrong, 97, a retired teacher died Saturday, February 21, 2004 in Arlington, Texas.
Funeral:Memorial Service 2:00 P.M., Thursday at First United Methodist Church of Arlington. Private Graveside Service. Visitation:6-8 P.M. Wednesday at Arlington Funeral Home in Arlington.

Odessa Grace Frame was born April 6, 1906, in Wheelock, Texas. She graduated from Trinity University in Waxahachie in 1924. She and her husband, A.B. Armstrong, moved to Arlington in 1932. She was active in the North Texas Agriculture College Faculty Wives Club, PTA, m Cub Scouts and Arlington Woman's Club. She was an elementary school teacher for 17 years, retiring from the Arlington Public School system in 1973. She was preceded in death by her husband A.B. in 1955.

Survivors: She is survived by her son, Henry Armstrong and his wife Barbara Armstrong of Arlington, Texas; grandson, Ben Armstrong and his wife, Beth of Phoenix, Arizona: Granddaughter, Anne Ellison and her husband Byrwec of Fort Worth: and great-grandson, Wyatt Ellison>
