She was born Thursday, May 13, 1915, at Coalton, a daughter of the late William R. Flanagan and Ruth Ellen Gallager Flanagan.
She was married to Arthur Donald Cook, who preceded her in death during 1982.
Surviving are one daughter, Donna M. "Cookie" Cook of Louisville, Ky., and several nieces and nephews.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Preceding her in death besides her parents and husband were eight brothers and sisters.
She was a graduate of Coalton High School, was a homemaker and a Presbyterian by faith.
Mrs. Cook's request for cremation was honored. A graveside service will be held at a later date at the Phillips Cemetery at Jimtown.
