Paralysis Stroke Fatal to Aged Fairfield Rancher
Albert Young, 70 year old rancher of the Fairfield country, died last Thursday night at the Glenloyd hospital where he was taken shortly before noon Thursday suffering from a paralytic stroke. Mr. Young, who had lived alone in a cabin on his ranch near Fairfield, had been found helpless on the floor by a neighbor, just returned from several days absence. It is thought he had suffered the stroke several days before he was found and laid on the cabin floor for nearly a week before help came to him.
Funeral services were held at the grave in Choteau cemetery on Sunday afternoon. Mr. Young is survived by a wife and daughter, who have made their home in Iowa, and by a son, reported now engaged in guiding an eastern hunting party through the nearby Rockies. No member of the family was present at the funeral.
