Barton "Bart" Fuller, age 95, of Ionia, passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021. Bart was born on October 2, 1926, the son of Leroy and Dorothy (Ogden) Fuller in Ionia. On December 3, 1949, he married the love of his life, the former Arduth Thalison.
Bart enjoyed fishing, camping and puttering around in his barn. He loved spending time with his family. He served his country in the army during WWII.
He is survived by his loving wife, Arduth; children, Brenda Fuller-Haueisen, Deb Fuller and Steve (Annette) Fuller; grandchildren, Heather (Eric) Curtis, Katie (Dan) Bennett, Shawn Fuller, Justin Fuller and Alison (Jodi) Hearld; great grandchildren, Noah Curtis, Julia Curtis, Liam Curtis, Lainey Bennett, Drew Bennett, Ophelia Fuller and Sophia Fuller; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Marilyn (Charles) Markle, Ilene (Richard) Hartman, Shirley (Buck) Hummel, Richard (Nancy) Fuller, Jack Fuller and Rod (Virginia) Fuller.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1 PM, Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at the Lake Funeral home in Ionia. Visitation will be from 2-5 PM Tuesday at the funeral home and 1 hour prior to the service.
