John L. Eaton, aged 63 [sic] years, brother of Joseph F. Eaton, who resides at the end of West Samantha street, died in Mt. Pleasant this morning. The news by telegraph was brief, no particulars being given as to cause of his death or shipment of remains to this city. The funeral will be held from the Joseph F. Eaton home Sunday.
