D. D. Potts Kills Self.
A telegram was received in Centreville yesterday by Mr. Young Griffin stating that Mr. Dave Potts a former resident of this county had shot and killed himself in Birmingham.
He was in Centreville about a week ago, and his friends noticed that he seemed bothered and depressed. On account of the dull times in the Birmingham district he had been out of work for some time, and this preyed upon his mind. He sold his farm in this county a few years ago and invested in Birmingham.
He has many relatives and friends who will be grieved to hear of his rash act.
