Orval “Bud” Bauch, 93, of Rice Lake, WI died July 5, 2015 at the Lakeview Medical Center in Rice Lake, WI.

Orval was born February 25, 1922 to Kurt and Minnie (Sweitzer) Bauch in Cameron, WI. At the age of one they moved to a farm north of Barron, WI. In his younger years he delivered milk in Cameron and Barron for the families’ Sunrise Dairy Operation.

On July 24, 1943 Orval married Frances Betley. Bud was a lifelong farmer who also did custom work for others. After farming Bud worked at the Barron Implement. He enjoyed buying and restoring engines and being a member of and participating in the Hungry Hollow Gas Engine Club. Orval and Frances have been residing at the Brentwood Senior Living in Rice Lake, WI for the past three years. Orval is survived by his loving Wife: Frances Bauch of Rice Lake, WI, Daughters: Diane (Ron) Paulus of Yorba Linda, CA, Beverly (Terry) Landsvork of Gretna, NE, Gail (Bill) Weber of Rice Lake, WI, 6 Grandchildren and 12 Great- Grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his Parents: Kurt and Minnie Bauch, 2 Infant twin Daughters, Great-Grandson: Nicholas, Brother: Walter Bauch and Sisters: Dorothy Heil & Gertrude Heil. A service for Orval Bauch will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Salem Lutheran Church in Barron, WI with Rev. Ronald Mueller officiating.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 10, 2015 from 4-7 pm at the Rausch & Steel Funeral Chapel in Barron, WI and one hour prior to services at the church.
