Dies at Age 100

Baltimore, May 11 (AP) - Miss Josephine McPhail, who recently celebrated her 100th birthday and was one of the last members of an old Baltimore family, died at her city home yesterday.

Active in Baltimore social activities as a young woman, Miss McPhail had kept various mementos of historic significance, including an invitation to Lincoln's inaugural ball.

William J. McPhail, her father, was president of the city council between 1856-60 and her mother was the former Sarah Ord, of Fairfax, Virginia.
