Bob was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was retired from AT&T and the University of Arizona, Tucson. Bob had a love all things Western, being an accomplished horseman. A man with a great sense of humor and an awe-inspiring faith in Christ. He is missed by a large family and many friends. But he is now in Heaven with his beloved, Sharon.

REBURN, Bobbie Gene, 68, of Tucson, went home to be with the Lord on April 2, 2001.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Reburn and father, Elvis Reburn.

He is survived by five daughters, Debra (Randy) Gearhart of Port Huron, MI; Marli (Allen) Collins of Cochran, GA; Karen (Albert) Steele of Bancroft, MI; Janet (Dan) Simmons of Tucson, AZ; Kimbra (Randy) Simmons of Elgin, AZ; two sons, Bobbie (Sandra) Reburn of Trenton, FL; Charles (Tanya) Reburn of Austin, TX; his mother, Etta Mae Griffin; his brother, James (Donna) Reburn; 20 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many other loving family members and friends.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy, was retired from AT&T and The University of Arizona.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 5325 E. Pima, Tucson, AZ 85712. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. at Faith Community Church, 2551 W. Orange Grove.
