CADILLAC - Helen M. Seymour, a Cadillac resident for many years, - died Wednesday at Mercy Hospital, where she had been a patient since Aug. 20. . She was born in Duluth, Minn., and lived in Newberry and Sault Ste. Marie before coming to Cadillac.
She attended Sacred Heart Convent (Marywood Academy) in Grand Rapids and was employed by the J. L. Hudson Company as an office worker for many years. After moving to Cadillac, she was Mercy Hospital's record librarian and was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church.
She is survived by a brother, Charles (Seymour) Meagher of Detroit; three nephews, Edward O'Connor of Kalamazoo, Patrick O'Connor of Romeo and Robert E. O'Connor of Cadillac; and two nieces, Virginia (Mrs. William) Doyle of Panorama City, Calif., and Joan (Mrs. Edwin) Socall of Cadillac. Services are 11 a.m. Friday in St. Ann's Catholic Church., Rev. Edwin Thome officiating. Rosary will be recited 7:30 p.m. today in the Peterson Funeral Home in Cadillac. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery
