Born July 2, 1899, a daughter of the late Julius F. and Mattie Whitener in Hickory, Mrs. Moore was married to the late Roy Lee Moore.
She was the oldest living member of Church of the Master United Church of Christ, Rt. 9, Hickory.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. S.A. (Doris Anne) Isenhour of Hickory, Mrs. O.M. (Nancy) Heldt of Flagler Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. R.S. (Elizabeth) Erwin and Mrs. Edmund H. (Margaret) Smith, both of Hickory; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by nine brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Church of the Master.
