he was the spouse of Thomas Scheu, married 30 December 2013, previously he was married to Roxanne "Roxie" (Robinette) Fox-Whitcomb married 19 June 1971 and son of Betty Jane (Boward) and Paul Marion Fox. He was the father of 3 children: Andrea Fox Sadler and fiancé, Mark Miller; Rodney Dwight Fox, Jr. and wife, Dana Fox; and Kristi Diane Fox. He will also fondly be remembered by his 7 grandchildren: TJ, Veronica, Tyler, Ariana, Jackson, Grace and Michael. Before retirement and moving to North Bergen, NJ, Rodney was CEO and owner of Moxie Machine & Tool in Frederick, Maryland. Rodney was passionate about life and would often quote the phrase "Don't Worry, Be Happy". He had a love for politics and community service. Rodney was also an avid golfer and would play as often as he could. Rodney is also survived by his sister, Kay Shook, and the mother of his children, Roxanne Fox-Whitcomb. Rodney was preceded in death by his sister, Cynthia McJonathan. As per Rodney's wishes, there will not be a viewing or funeral. Memorials to honor his life will be held at later dates in New Jersey and Maryland.
