William Scott Adams died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Daffern near Ranger. Services were held at Stag Creek conducted by Rev. Phillip Brown assisted by Rev. John W. Henderson. He had lived near Sipe Springs since 1902. He was a member of the Baptist Church. Survived by his wife; four sons and four daughters. (Comanche Chief / August 17, 1934)
