Dublin has no record of this infant's burial location. Because he/she was born, always lived in, & died in Dublin, it stands to reason that he/she was buried in the only town cemetery used at that time. Dublin's town cemetery records dated back only to 1816. In addition, both parents are buried in Dublin Cemetery. If any evidence to the contrary should be discovered, I will correct the memorial.
