A native of Kentucky, she was born May 29, 1927, the daughter of the late Mancil Samson and Myrtle May Johnson Hale. Her husband, Roy Lee Love, died in 1987.
Survivors Include two sons, Roy Eugene Love and Roger Love, both of Hopkinsville; five daughters, Joann Croft, Crofton, Mary Kay Cummings, Madisonville, and Kathy Cook, Brenda Gillingham and Patricia Joiner, all of Hopkinsville; a brother, William R. Hale, Pembroke; two sisters, Mary Taylor and Janie Hudspeth, both of Hopkinsvilie; 32 grand-children and four great-grandchildren.
