Virginia Jouett Winn was the daughter of Edward S. and Annie Ecton Jouett. She was a former resident of Winchester, Kentucky. She died on Tuesday, June 20, 1972 at her home in Carmel, California. She was predeceased by her husband, General J.S. Winn. Survivors included a niece, Anna Jouett Hale of Winter Park, Florida; two nephews, Jouett Armstrong of Mexico City and Donald Armstrong of New York and a first cousin, Edward W. Jouett of Winchester. Services were held at West Point, New York.
