George Chambers, of Des Plaines, beloved husband of Doris Ann, nee Pfeiffer; dear father of David. Kenneth, Diane and Robert Chambers. Visitation Tuesday 4 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 2 to 9 p.m. at Oehler Funeral Home, Lee at Perry Sts., Des Plaines, Funeral Thursday 9:30 a.m. from chapel to St. Zachary Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment All Saints Cemetery. 824-5155.
George Chambers, son of Bio father- Arthur Lane and mother Lillian Sherman, adopted father George S. Chambers, brother of Emma (Foster) Chambers-Anderson, 1/2 brother of Eugene Chambers and Clarence Warren Chambers.
