"SIMPSON, MRS. MARY, widow of Col. Geo. Simpson, died at her home two miles below Weston last week. She was more generally known as 'Aunt Pop' Butcher. She was always a hard working, painstaking woman. She made a will giving all her real estate and personal property to James N. Butcher and wife." (note: James Butcher was her nephew.)
