Died at her apartment at the Edgewater Beach Hotel in Chicago, IL.
The daughter of John B. & Polly C. Moore, Nettie attended the New England Conservatory of Music and maintained a lifetime membership in the First Congregational Church in Hopkinton, MA.
Nettie married William Phipps Adams on Dec. 17, 1884 at Hopkinton, MA and went as a bride to their farm near Wahpeton, ND where they pioneered until 1893. Then they went to Wheaton, IL. In 1897 they purchased a farm, now known as Fairview Farm, near Odebolt, Sac Co., Iowa. Here they remained during the summer months and spent the winters at their residence in Miami Beach, FL.
Her husband died March 24, 1937.
