William Henry Fulton was an engineer on the funeral train of Abraham Lincoln. He was the son of James Fulton and Catherine Oller Marley. He married Fannie Williams (daughter of Rebecca Ash & Sylvester Williams) in Terra Haute, Indiana in 1863 and had three children; a daughter who died young (name unknown) and two sons; Charles Chase Parker Fulton and Harry William Fulton. The Fulton clan came to the Pacific Northwest around 1905. They were prominent in the railroad industry. Many descendents live in Oregon and Washington today.
