From the manuscript "House of Goldsborough" by Eleonora Goldsborough Winter, 1932: Sarah, daughter of Richard Yerbury of Blackwell Hall, Bassinghall Street, London. Note in London Magazine for June 1755,"27 March 1755, Robert Goldsborough, Esq., to Miss Sally Yerbury with the fortune of L5000." Noted in Geltleman's Magazine "On the 27 March 1755, Mr. Robert Goldsborough, Barrister, to Miss Sally Yerbury, who brought him fortune of L5000." They lived in London until 175 when they came to Maryland, bringing with them a second child, Rebecca, born 4 July 1757, and her little sister Sarah, born 11 October 1757 and leaving their oldest child, Charles, born 19 December 1755 and died 29 December 1758 as recorded in the Temple Church, London, pg. 61, "Charles Goldsborough, son of Robert Goldsborough, Esq., of the Middle Temple was buried in the churchyard on Thursday the fourth of January 1759."

According to the diary of William Goldsborough of "Haylands," brother of her son-in-law, Howes Goldsborough, he writes,"1787, Tuesday, first of May, - at seven o'clock this morning, Mrs. R. Goldsborough of Dorset (Dorchester Co.) died, at my brother, H.G.'s house." (Pleasant Valley). "Wednesday 2nd . . . carried the corps to Cambridge, where it was interred same day in the Church yard."

The "Tombstone Records of Dorchester County" states that she was born in 1734 and died in 1787 also stating that "Her remains were interred in this graveyard May 2, 1787."
