Mrs. Hazel Baker Cleveland of Cleveland, widow of J. Harvey Cleveland, died at Greenville Tuesday. Born in Batesville, daughter of the late John W. and Emma Putnam Baker, she was a graduate of Furman University and a communicant of Christ Episcopal Church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Cherry C. Livingston of Wadesboro, N. C.; two sons, J. Harvey Cleveland, Jr. of Easley and John Baker Cleveland; as sister, Mrs. W. T. Adams of Greenville; and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Christ Episcopal Church, with burial in the Cleveland family cemetery, Marietta. The family is at the home of her son John Baker Cleveland, Fire Tower Road, Cleveland. The family requests that memorials be made to the charity of one's choice. McAfee Funeral Home.
