Also predeceased by his brother, the late Alvan Chandler.
He had lived in Lynn for his entire life until he moved to Florida in 2012. He had worked as a processor at the GE Riverworks Plant for over 30 years when he retired in 2012.
Abraham was an active member of the Greater Bethlehem Temple Church, Lynn.
He is survived by three children Abraham, John, and Alycia Chandler, all of Lynn, as well as his brothers and sisters Mary Meshesha, Mabel, Wesley, and Larry Chandler.
