Another Sad Death

The Citizens of Edina have again been startled with the news of the death of one of our most estimable ladies—Mrs. Judge E. D. Brown.
This lady was to all appearances enjoying her usual good health when she arose last Friday morning, but at eight o'clock she was seized with convulsions from which she never rallied. Her sister, Mrs. Glaze, who was at Kirksville attending the soldiers' reunion, was sent for. She returned with all haste to her sister's bedside and found her unconscious in which condition she remained until death relieved her of her sufferings, which occurred about five o'clock in the afternoon of the next day. Mrs. Brown was a lady that was well liked by those who knew her, and her husband has the sympathy of the entire community in his sad bereavement. Her remains were taken to Macon City for burial.
