Cleo Williams, age 81, of Carterville, Missouri passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015 following a sudden illness.
She was born July 22, 1933 in Rocky Comfort, Missouri to Thoms and Mary Ellen (Davis) Williams.
Cleo worked for ConAgra and retired in 1995. She was a Union Stewart and enjoyed gardening, crochet, quilting, ceramics and raising her children.
She married Gilbert Williams on September 27, 1952 in Bentonville, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on September 12, 2010.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Mikey, and four brothers; Wilburn, Eugene, Happy and George Williams.
Cleo is survived by three sons; Randy Lee Williams and wife, Pamela, Webb City, Missouri, Barry Leon Williams and wife, Anita, Alba, Missouri, Rick Eugene Williams, Joplin, Missouri, three daughters; Kathy Whitlow and finance, Carl Skaggs, Joplin, Missouri, Cindy White, Carthage, Missouri, Susan Willis and husband, Bill, Carthage, Missouri, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2015 at the Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home.
Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home, Webb City, Missouri.
