Jennie Badders, 93
Jennie Marie Friesen Badders, a longtime resident of Pomona, died Jan. 13, 2003, at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, Pomona. She was 93.

Mrs. Badders was born April 24, 1909 in Enid, Okla. She was a graduate of Bonita High School, LaVerne. She was the owner of Badders Herb Farm, Chino.

She was active at Pomona First Church of the Nazarene where she played the piano and organ.

She and her husband, Louis, traveled extensively before his death, visiting Africa, Egypt, Italy, Germany, England and Hawaii.

Mrs. Badders is survived by a daughter Joy Walker; a son, Gene; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Friday at Todd Memorial Chapel, Pomona. A service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Pomona First Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Bellevue Memorial Park, Ontario.
