A.L. Leslie, Former Employee of Santa Fe, Dies in Hospital
A.L. Leslie, 72, died Wednesday night in a local hospital. He lived in Topeka forty-seven years and until he was retired on a pension two years ago he worked for the Santa Fe railroad in the water service.
Mr. Leslie was born December 25, 1860 near Peru, Ind., and was a member of the A.F.& A.M. No. 225 and of A.O.U.W. No. 3, of Topeka.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Jennie R. Leslie, of the home address, 1325 Tyler street; and one son, Tom L. Leslie, of New York City.
