Word has been received of the death Tuesday of Mrs. Christine Jensen of Chicago, who for many years resided on Madison Street in Ludington.
Mrs. C. Victor Johnson, 618 East Downland Street, received the news from Mrs. Jensen's son, Russell Jensen of Chicago.
The body will arrive at Dorrell chapel Friday noon. Services are expected to be held Saturday.
Mrs. Jensen died at the age of 81 years. She had moved to Chicago from Ludington about 20 years ago. Although residing in Chicago, she maintained a membership in the local Danish sisterhood.
Her husband, Jacob Jensen died in Ludington 30 years ago.
Surviving are two daughters, Miss Ruth Jensen and Miss Hannah Jensen, and the one son, Russell.
