LEBANON Elizabeth M. "Betty" Schlegel, 71, of 47 Berwyn Park died Wednesday at home.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Lebanon Flower Club and Quentin Riding Club.
Surviving are her husband, Edward W. Schlegel; four sons, Edward W. Jr. and Robert J., both of Lebanon, James F. of Port Richey, Fla., and Frederick J. of Reading; three daughters, Colleen Boyle of Howell, N.J., and Helen E. and Elizabeth A. Schlegel, both of Lancaster; two brothers, Frederick and William Shay, and a sister, Dorothy Shay, all of Lebanon; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. tomorrow in her church. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Lebanon.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10 a.m. tomorrow in the church.
Thompson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
