She was married to William Joseph Payne "Joe" Blazer (1894-1971), and he was the son of William Anderson Blazer (1867–1950) and his wife Mary Angeline "Angie" (Young) Blazer (1869–1926).
Living at 600 45th Avenue North, Nashville, she was 35 years old and married when she died on July 1, 1940 - of an "intra-abdominal hemorrhage due to bleeding from operative wound" - at Nashville's Protestant Hospital where she had been for a week. Burial was the next day in Mount Hope Cemetery, Franklin.
