Juan worked as a Manager for American Motors Corporation. He was a member of American Legion in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Juan is survived by his loving children; sons, Fabian Velez of Kissimmee, FL, Juan de Dios Velez, Jr. of Milwaukee, WI, Luis Hernan Velez of Milwaukee, WI, Jose Gilberto Velez of Orlando, FL; daughters, Maria Luisa Velez Iwinski of Milwaukee, WI, Evelyn Velez Martinez of Milwaukee, WI, Elizabeth Velez of Milwaukee, WI, Amarilis Velez of Adjuntas, PR; 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 30, 2015 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Osceola Memory Gardens, Poinciana, FL. An evening service will be held at 7pm.
