John is survived by his Mother, 1 brother, two sisters, 2 nephews, two nieces, two grand nephews, a wife, 2 step-daughters, one step-son and 5 step grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father.
John served in the Army during the Vietnam Era, worked for the Post Office, but spent most of his life in law enforcement, working up from patrol officer to Chief of Police in Shrewsbury, NJ. He then served as an undersheriff in Monmouth County. He served his community also as a member of the Shrewsbury Borough Council.
