James Albert Ayersman, 77, of Fairmont, went home to his Lord on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015, at the Fairmont Regional Medical Center. James was born Aug. 21, 1937, in Rowlesburg, son of the late Frank Ayersman Sr., and Ida Virginia Huffman Ayersman. James grew up in West Virginia, but moved to Iowa in 1969 and worked for the Crow's Hybrid Seed Company until his retirement. James is survived by his two brothers, Milton Ayersman and wife Karen Lee, of Fairmont, and Frank Ayersman Jr. and wife Karen Anne, of Chambersburg, Pa. Also surviving are two nieces, one nephew, two great-nieces and one great-nephew. Burial will be in the Shaw Cemetery, Denver community.
