Baby Jaxon was found starved to death in his home on September 22, 2011. He weighed about 4 pounds at the time of his death. His mother insisted that she didn't know the severity of his condition and fed him an appropriate amount for a child with reflux issues, but she didn't take the baby to a doctor, even though she admitted seeing him emaciated. She was initially tried for first degree murder, but was only proven guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
